- Water Filter (espresso machines): Mandatory for warranty validity in professional units.
- Proof: Keep the invoice with the serial number for claims.
- Max Time: Coverage lasts up to 18 months from factory shipment date.

- Normal wear and tear, such as gasket or screen replacements.
- Bezzara parts are unfortunately not under any warranty from us.
