For many of our at-home coffee machines and grinders*, we provide a straightforward 30-day return policy.
If the product doesn’t meet your expectations, return it within this period in its pristine, original condition—alongside all the original pieces and packaging.
We’ll process a refund for you, only subtracting the costs associated with return shipping.
Restocking Fees and Return Conditions:
- Light Use: If the machine shows signs of use and requires repackaging or additional testing, restocking fees up to 10% may apply.
- Starting Your Return: Should you wish to initiate a return, simply contact us within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Commercial Machines: Any commercial espresso machine purchase is considered final after shipping, with returns and refunds not available. These machines typically come with free installation to guarantee proper functioning upon arrival, along with a warranty and pre-shipment bench-testing.

I’ve entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it.
However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it.
We should not be responsible if you entered an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address. Our system automatically process orders and just follows what you supplied.
That said, we will still do everything in our power to aid you in the procces.
