At Tim’s Coffee, we aim to give you great service and the best daily prices. Tell us if you find a lower price for the same item from an official U.S. seller! We’ll try to match that price. Just fill out our Price Match Request form before you buy.

Who We Can Match:
The lower price has to be from a U.S. seller that the maker says is okay to sell their items. We can’t match prices from wholesale sellers, or sellers outside the U.S.
When to Ask:
Ask us to match the price when you are buying. We can’t match the price after you’ve already bought the item.
What We Match:
The item has to be the same in every way, like size and color. It also must be available at the lower price when you ask us.
We’ll match everything about their offer, like taxes and shipping, but we won’t give extra discounts on top.
If their price includes shipping or tax, we might add those costs too.
What Doesn’t Count:
We can’t match prices for parts or extras. Each customer can match one item each day.
We have the right to say no to a price match. It’s not guaranteed.
We Can’t Match These:
- Sellers from Alaska and Hawaii
- Third-party sellers like eBay or Amazon
- Checkout discounts
- Sales like “15% off”
- Auctions or member-only prices
- Unauthorized sellers
- Bundle deals or mail-in offers
- Prices that need you to buy more than one item
- Special sale items
- Used or damaged items
- Wrong prices shown by mistake
- In-store prices
- Prices changed for store pick-up
- Holiday sales from Thanksgiving to Cyber Monday
- Sellers breaking the maker’s pricing rules
